How do you handle brand safety?

Can I bring my own first-party data?

What is Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO)?

Affiliate Network & Tracking
What pricing models do you support for affiliates?
We primarily support CPA (Cost Per Action), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPI (Cost Per Install), and Revenue Share models. This ensures advertisers only pay for deterministic outcomes.
How does Server-to-Server (S2S) tracking work?
S2S tracking bypasses the browser entirely. When a conversion happens on your server, your system fires a postback URL directly to Auctera's servers. This prevents cookie-loss, ad-blocker interference, and ensures 100% accurate attribution.
Do you allow incentivized traffic?
By default, incentivized traffic is blocked to maintain high lead quality. However, specific advertisers (like mobile games or survey panels) can explicitly opt-in to receive incentivized traffic if it fits their KPIs.
How often do publishers get paid?
We offer flexible payment terms for vetted publishers, including Net-30, Net-15, and even Weekly payouts for top-tier partners generating high-volume, high-quality conversions.
Can I run Auctera alongside another affiliate network?
Yes. Our platform integrates seamlessly with major Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and third-party trackers (like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Voluum) so you can de-duplicate conversions across multiple networks.
What happens if a user converts but later refunds the purchase?
Advertisers can utilize our Conversion Reversal API to void the transaction. Once voided, the payout is automatically deducted from the publisher's ledger before the billing cycle closes.

What is Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)?
MTA is an analytics model that assigns fractional credit to every touchpoint in a consumer's journey, rather than giving 100% of the credit to the last ad they clicked. This reveals the true ROI of upper-funnel programmatic campaigns.
Are your reports real-time?
Yes. Our unified dashboard provides log-level, real-time reporting. As soon as an impression is served, a click is registered, or a postback fires, it is reflected in your analytics.
Can I export data to my own BI tools?

Do you require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
2FA is optional but highly recommended for standard users. For Enterprise accounts and users with billing administrative rights, 2FA is strictly enforced.
